Position Summary
We’re hiring a Line Lead to support daily warehouse/production operations by leading a line/team, keeping workflow moving efficiently, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is a hands-on lead role—you’ll work alongside the team while helping coordinate priorities and pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a warehouse line/team to meet hourly/daily production goals
- Keep work flowing by coordinating tasks, staging materials, and communicating priorities
- Train and coach team members on process, safety, and quality expectations
- Monitor productivity and help troubleshoot slowdowns or bottlenecks
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
- Communicate updates/escalate issues (staffing, quality, equipment, shortages) as needed
