As a Operations Support Coordinator, you'll organize and update flight and meal details, prepare work orders and reports, and make sure timely information reaches the teams who need it.
This is an office-focused coordination role in a fast-paced supply-chain and food-operations environment. You'll work across departments, manage changing details, and help keep daily work accurate and on schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
- Enter and update flight, meal, and operational information in company systems.
- Check records for accuracy, resolve straightforward discrepancies, and flag issues that need follow-up.
- Prepare, print, organize, and distribute work orders and daily reports to internal teams.
- Communicate schedule and information changes by email, phone, or radio.
- Respond to requests from operations teams and help resolve time-sensitive information gaps.
- Track recurring data, system, or process issues and bring them to the right person's attention.
- Follow daily checklists and maintain organized records and handoffs.
What We're Looking For in a Candidate
- Experience in administrative support, office coordination, data entry, or a similar detail-focused role.
- Accuracy and care when entering, reviewing, and updating information.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage several tasks while priorities shift.
- Clear, professional communication skills in writing and conversation.
- Dependability, good judgment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort working to deadlines in a busy operational setting.
- Experience with databases or scheduling systems is helpful, but not required.
