Main Accountabilities
- Coordinate and schedule catering deliveries to support airline operations.
- Communicate delivery assignments and updates to drivers throughout the shift.
- Monitor delivery progress and address delays or service issues as they arise.
- Partner with kitchen and operations teams to ensure orders are prepared and ready for departure.
- Maintain clear communication with airline customers and internal teams to provide timely updates.
- Use dispatch and scheduling systems to track deliveries, manage resources, and support efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, deliveries, and operational communications.
- Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company, safety, and regulatory requirements.Assist with additional operational responsibilities as needed.
