Position Summary: As a Dispatcher at LSG Sky Chefs, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of our catering operations. You will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching vehicles and drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering services to our airline clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch vehicles and drivers for airline catering deliveries according to customer specifications and operational requirements.
- Monitor and track the status of dispatched vehicles to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to schedules.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, airline clients, and internal departments to resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver logs, delivery schedules, and service reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team to optimize routing and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Handle emergency situations and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in flight schedules or other operational disruptions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination preferred.
