As a Manufacturing Shop Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility. This position offers tremendous opportunity for growth within our company.
Shipping and Receiving: responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials and preparing and packaging finished products for shipment.
Cleaning the Shop: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is essential for optimal productivity and safety. You will be responsible for cleaning and tidying work areas, equipment, tools, and common areas. This involves sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disposing of waste materials.
Deliveries: As needed, you may be required to make deliveries to local suppliers or customers. This could involve driving a company vehicle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and maintaining proper documentation.
Material Handling: You will assist in moving and organizing materials within the shop. This may include loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and ensuring materials are readily available for production.
Assisting in Production: You will support the production team by performing various tasks as required. This could involve operating machinery, assembling components, packaging finished products, and conducting quality checks.

Basic qualifications include:
- A valid driver's license.
- A passion for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Must be willing to stay late to finish or assist with specific projects.
- Willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from work. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.
