You’ll be the bridge between leadership and day-to-day excellence, ensuring every resident feels at home and every property runs at peak performance.
What Success Looks Like
- Elevated Resident Experiences: You build lasting relationships through proactive communication, ensuring every interaction—from renewal conversations to service coordination—is seamless and positive.
- Driven Leasing & Sales: You turn leads into residents by mastering the sales process, from the first tour to the final lease, while keeping a sharp eye on market trends to hit occupancy goals.
- Financial Accuracy: You take ownership of rent collections and account health, ensuring that operations remain stable, compliant, and fiscally sound.
- Operational Excellence: You support the Community Manager in maintaining high standards, from lease preparation and file accuracy to regular property walk-throughs that keep our environments safe, pristine, and welcoming.
- Empowered Collaboration: You are a dependable partner to the team, ready to lead, mentor, and step in to ensure consistent performance even when the Community Manager is away.
Leasing & Sales
- Manage all incoming leads through Elise AI, phone, email, and walk-in traffic.
- Conduct engaging property tours and close prospects with a focus on personalized experience and value.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and concessions - reporting insights to the CM for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate on leasing and renewal procedures to help achieve Paid Up Units (PUU) goals.
- Coordinate resident engagement initiatives such as raffles, newsletters, social media posts, and community events.
Collections & Communication
- Own the rent collection process including calls, texts, emails, Elise AI messaging, and door-to-door outreach.
- Maintain consistent communication with delinquent accounts and partner with the CM on legal or escalated cases.
- Generate or support the approval of payment plans for delinquent accounts when necessary.
