Who You Are
- Strong accounting and reconciliation experience
- Detail-oriented and persistent, seeing tasks through to completion
- Naturally curious and self-motivated to correct mistakes when discovered
- Producing clean, reliable financials every month
- All properties’ accounts are fully reconciled
- Clearing accounts are zeroed out
- No outliers in the operational GLs on the P&L
- No lingering discrepancies, no unanswered questions - just accurate, trustworthy data.
You own and fix what matters.
- Bookkeeping and Opex reconciliations
- Accruals, prepaids, and journal entries
- Investigate & resolve:
- Company credit card transactions
- QuickBooks accounts
- Fee transfers
- Vendor portal issues
- Vendor credit card reconciliations
