Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks using our SpotOn POS system
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently with POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Assist with food service duties such as serving meals during banquet events, including setup and breakdown
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as SpotOn for order processing and sales tracking
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and retail math for sales operations
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving at banquet events is a plus; nightclub or brewing experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety certifications if applicable
