What You'll Do
- Oversee daily property operations and ensure resident satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with LIHTC and Tax Credit programs
- Drive financial performance-occupancy, rent collection, and budgets
- Lead and develop your on-site team
- Manage maintenance and vendor relationships
- Champion LSA's mission in every interaction
What We're Looking For
- 3 years in multifamily housing
- 1 year managing LIHTC programs
- 1 year as a Community Manager
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Experience with RealPage software (preferred)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; occasional Saturdays
