FLOATING MAINTENANCE MANAGER Location: Portfolio-based (Charlotte, NC & Atlanta, GA Area)

- Technical Leadership: Lead and perform complex repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance maintenance.
- Portfolio Support: Travel across the Charlotte & Atlanta area to ensure vacant units are "market-ready" and service requests are resolved with excellence.
- Team Development: Assist in training on-site technicians, fostering LSA's culture of skill-building and proactive excellence.
- Quality Control: Conduct property inspections to ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols and LSA's high living standards.
- Guaranteed Minimum: You are paid a minimum of 2 hours per trip (1 hour for the task 1 hour for travel time).
- Full Pay for Major Repairs: If a task takes longer than an hour, you are paid for your actual time worked plus your travel hour.
- Travel Coverage: In addition to your hourly pay, LSA provides mileage reimbursement for the drive from your home to the property and back.
- Certifications: EPA and/or HVAC certification is required. CPO (Certified Pool Operator) is a major plus.
- Mobility: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for travel within the Charlotte area.
- Experience: 5 years of maintenance experience with a "people-centered" approach to resident service.
- Communication: Ability to adapt to different property teams and respond with care to resident needs.
- Competitive Pay: $30–$34/hr based on experience.
- Travel Accommodations: Provided by LSA when portfolio needs require it.
