Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and power tools to move materials within the warehouse and manufacturing floor
- Assemble products using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and assembly line techniques
- Prepare and organize inventory for shipment or storage, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to identify any defects or issues
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a secure working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred
- Demonstrated warehouse experience with familiarity in handling inventory and shipping procedures
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with assembly line processes is advantageous
- Ability to operate forklift equipment safely; certification is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical tasks
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
