Site and Service Ordering Specialist

Job Description

LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking Site and Service Ordering Specialist to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in modernizing, maintaining and upgrading systems supporting the Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS). This role requires significant travel across the U.S. to install, upgrade, and remove telecommunications and infrastructure-related equipment at FAA sites. The ideal candidate Site and Service Ordering" would involve responsibilities related to the provisioning, management, and implementation of services and physical sites as part of these large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate acquisition, setup, and activation of service orders (e.g., network connectivity, voice services).
• Liaise with FAA stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of infrastructure.
• Provide systems engineering support for enterprise-level program implementation.
• Track and report on service order status, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with FAA standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service provisioning and site logistics.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination for multiple concurrent site deployments.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5 years of experience in telecommunications, IT infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Experience supporting federal clients, preferably FAA or similar agencies.
• Strong understanding of service order management, site logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to FAA sites as needed.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with FAA systems or FTI.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition and compliance processes.
• PMP or similar project management certification.

Compensation (Pay Bands)

Salary at LST is determined by a wide array of factors, such as (but not limited to) education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time, 40-hour/week status. Part-time staff receive compensation at an hourly rate. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and are just one component of the LST's total compensation package for employees. ** In compliance with local laws, LS Technologies presents this reasonable compensation range as a guideline for roles in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington D.C."
