Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering strategies supporting network growth and efficiency.
- Lead functions such as facility design, automation, capacity planning, and network optimization.
- Establish standards, governance, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering team through coaching and continuous improvement.
- Support network design, capacity strategies, and facility expansions.
- Lead automation initiatives to improve productivity and safety, partnering with IT and supply chain systems.
- Establish KPIs, conduct analytics, and develop business cases for capital investments.
- Serve as an engineering advisor to leadership, aligning priorities across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10 years of leadership in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, with experience managing teams and large-scale operations.
- Expertise in distribution networks, automation, facility design, capacity planning, and analytics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Proficiency in engineering tools, automation technologies, and business intelligence platforms.
- Requires collaboration, teamwork, and face-to-face interaction; hybrid work environment.
- Up to 25% travel; primarily based at the company’s Phoenix office.
