- Manage merchandise flow by orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing tasks.
- Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing procedures.
- Ensure merchandise is accurately tagged, hung, and secured.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and signage standards.
- Monitor team productivity, provide coaching, and support training needs.
- Promote safety, compliance, and store policies, including recycling and waste programs.
- Support shrink reduction initiatives and encourage credit and loyalty programs.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to set priorities.
- Maintain a safe environment and uphold organizational standards.
- At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Team-oriented with the ability to respond to unexpected situations and train others.
