Permanency Team Supervisor

Role Overview: The Permanency Team Supervisor oversees and coordinates a team of professional caseworkers providing child welfare services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, review, and supervise team activities to ensure case goals are met.
• Establish effective linkages with community and contracted service providers for child-centered, family-focused services.
• Implement staff development and training programs.
• Enforce agency policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
• Maintain clinical review systems to monitor service quality.
• Serve as a working supervisor, providing leadership and direction.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work or related human services field.
• Minimum three years of progressive administrative child welfare experience with an MSW, or four years with a master's in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in substitute care services administration.
  
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.
