- Set up, operate, and shut down dishwashing machines, ensuring proper cleaning of utensils, pots, pans, plates, glassware, and silverware
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- Inspect dishware and glassware for cleanliness and damage, removing hazardous items
- Store items properly for next use and dispose of trash appropriately
- Clean and deep-clean dishwashing equipment and kitchen areas regularly
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, refrigerators, and freezers daily
- Represent the community warmly and professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum six months of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Effective communication in English (reading, writing, speaking)
