We are seeking a Lifeguard responsible for ensuring the safety of pool occupants and program participants at an aquatic facility.
The role involves enforcing rules, supervising participants, administering First Aid and CPR, maintaining cleanliness, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including state regulations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, up to one month of related experience, and at least sixteen years old. Required certifications include American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED; Blood Borne Pathogen training; background clearance; Lifeguard Instructor certification is a plus.
The position requires physical ability to perform lifeguarding skills, remain alert, and observe the environment effectively.
Responsibilities include working weekday shifts, at least one full shift weekly, and one weekend shift per month. Compensation ranges from $16.12 to $20.15 per hour, with benefits such as free membership, retirement plan, paid sick leave, ongoing training, and employee assistance programs.
