Finishing Operator

Role: Finishing Operator responsible for processing and inspecting composite materials, including trimming, repairing, cleaning, packing, and ensuring quality conformance.

Key Duties

• Operate tools such as saws, blowout booths, and rework ovens to process materials.
• Perform visual inspections, repairs, and rework on nonconforming parts.
• Package materials accurately, record data, and follow routing instructions.
• Coordinate with planning, scheduling, and quality teams to prioritize tasks.
• Manage material movement using forklifts and deliver finished goods.
• Maintain tools, perform quality checks, and submit test samples for QA.
• Input production data and track work orders for timely completion.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, minimum one year manufacturing experience (or six months at the facility), proficiency with measuring tools, basic computer skills, ability to interpret technical documents, and good problem-solving skills. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible resident.

This role requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and the ability to work within safety standards to support manufacturing operations.
