Driver

Role Overview: Responsible for safely transporting participants, ensuring their dignity and comfort while fostering positive connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist participants with boarding, exiting, and wheelchair transfers.
• Adhere to scheduled routes, communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
• Monitor participant condition and update supervisors as needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute.
• Valid driver’s license, meeting company and legal requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with technology and experience in transportation or customer service preferred.
• Pass background checks, drug testing, DOT physical, and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
