Car Detailer

Role Overview: Entry-level Lot Attendants maintain vehicle appearance and ensure cleanliness at Market Hubs. They inspect vehicles for mechanical, cosmetic, and safety issues, wash and vacuum inventory, and perform multi-point inspections, including fuel levels and safety features. The role involves coordinating with team members to facilitate timely deliveries and uphold customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns
• Wash, vacuum, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Conduct multi-point inspections and verify safety features
• Ensure proper display of disclosures and vehicle documentation
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Excellent manual dexterity, visual acuity, and safety awareness
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation
