Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role located in Wichita, KS. The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative product designs, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create mechanical and electrical systems. Daily tasks will include drafting and analyzing designs, conducting engineering calculations, and providing technical solutions to meet project requirements. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Design Engineering, Product Design, and related methodologies
- 2 to 3 years of experience in solidworks or related software field.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
- Expertise in Mechanical Engineering principles, including analysis, calculations, and system design.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the metal cleaning or industrial equipment manufacturing industry is preferred.
