About us
LS e-Mobility Solutions is a company mainly produces high voltage DC relays and BDUs (Battery Disconnect Units) for electric and hybrid vehicles. As of April 1, 2022, we were split off from its parent company, LS ELECTRIC, and specializes in electric vehicle parts under a new name. The DC Relay and BDU are installed inside the battery pack and has a role of opening and closing electricity when charging the battery from an EV charger or driving the vehicle using the energy charged in the battery, and also play a role in preventing electrical accidents. . The LS e-Mobility Solutions America was established in November 2022, targeting North American automobile customers. To target the North American market, a new 13,000sqm factory was built in Mexico and began operation in August 2023, and business growth is expected to accelerate through localization of production.
Job Title : Sales Team Leader / Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
- Manage RFQs, quotations, and commercial negotiations to secure new business
- Support product positioning and pricing strategy aligned with market and cost structure
- Monitor program milestones, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal teams
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and global teams for seamless project execution
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships
- Contribute to forecasting, sales planning, and revenue tracking
Qualifications
For Sales Team Leader
- 10 years of sales experience, with strong exposure to the automotive industry
- Proven track record in managing customer accounts and closing complex deals
- Experience in pricing strategy, cost analysis, and profitability management
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a global organization
For Account Manager
- 0–5 years of experience (automotive or technical sales preferred)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role
- Basic understanding of automotive components or electronics is a plus
Required Skills
- Native or professional-level proficiency in English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean language skills (preferred but not required)
- Experience with automotive electrical components (BDU, Relay, or similar)
- Familiarity with OEM/Tier-1 sales processes
