Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Foreman, located in Jamestown, ND. The Project Foreman will oversee day-to-day operations at job sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. This role includes supervising team members, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules and materials, and monitoring compliance with safety regulations. The Project Foreman will also be responsible for ensuring tasks such as carpentry, heavy equipment operation, and routine maintenance align with project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operation
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Proficiency in steel stud framing and drywall is required
- Basic Maintenance skills to ensure the care and upkeep of tools and equipment
- Understanding of safety regulations and ability to implement safety practices on-site
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Previous experience in drywall or construction projects is preferred
- Availability to work on-site in Jamestown, ND
