What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at LS Building Products?
JOB SUMMARY:
· Assist in building loads and loading outgoing trucks
· Ensure incoming trucks are unloaded safely and efficiently
· Perform required paperwork to keep inventory accurate
· Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Forklift Certified (or willing to become certified)
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment
- Work independently or as part of a team
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Bending, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods of time, including over time
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
· Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
· Warehouse Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
· Pallet Jack: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: $17 - $25 depending on experience. Daily OT after 8 hours. Paid weekly.
