What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Sales position at LRS Brand?
What will I do:
Assists the AVP of Nursing and Executive team with developing and implementing the sales strategy and execution for the company while carrying out the vision of executive leadership.
Day in the Life:
- Run a desk. Perform all the functions of an account manager. Serve as an example of strong performance in accordance with the Company’s core values.
- Team leadership and development. Conduct periodic goal setting meetings with each team member, holding them accountable for goals and coaching performance. Ensure team is meeting performance expectations regarding productivity as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in recurring leadership meetings and communicate priorities efficiently and effectively to team.
- Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
- Represents and promotes company at trade association meeting to promote services.
- Meets with key clients, assisting Business Development team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Partners with company Leadership Team to ensure consistent expectations and messages are shared across all teams.
- Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Guides preparation of sales activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Acts as an ambassador for the company, representing LRS Healthcare in a respectful and professional manner both inside the office and in the market.
Who Am I:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3 years proven sales leadership role.
- Prior leadership experience in the staffing industry.
- Ability to successfully perform in a results-driven and deadline-oriented environment.
- Must possess strong business and sales acumen and solid leadership proficiency.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and be professional when dealing with situations that require actions of such nature.
My Team:
- This position is responsible for direct management/leadership of sales teams. Responsible for coaching and development of all team members.
