About LRP Recycling
LRP Recycling is a Massachusetts based recycling and logistics company specializing in mattress, furniture, and bulk material recycling for commercial, hospitality, and institutional clients. We work with hotels, universities, property managers, and corporate partners across the region and nationally. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations & Sales Coordinator to help keep our office, sales pipeline, and project operations running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a hands on, hybrid role that supports sales coordination, daily operations, and office management. You'll work closely with ownership and the operations team to manage incoming leads, support active projects, and serve as a key point of contact for customers and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable on the phone, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and manage incoming emails from customers, vendors, and partners
Assist with sales coordination including quotes, follow-ups, CRM updates, and scheduling calls or site visits
Support project operations by tracking jobs, updating calendars, and coordinating internal communication
Prepare and organize project documentation including invoices, certificates of recycling, vendor forms, and job files
Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects to ensure expectations are clear
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist with office management including supplies, mail, and general administrative tasks
Help identify and improve internal processes as the company continues to scale
Qualifications
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Experience with CRM systems, QuickBooks, or logistics-based businesses is a plus
Prior experience in operations, sales support, office management, or customer service preferred
