Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Little Rock, AR, for a licensed Staff Pharmacist. In this role, the Pharmacist will oversee prescription preparation and verification, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, and provide patient consultations regarding medication use and potential interactions. Additional responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians, maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing quality assurance measures. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with healthcare providers and patients to deliver personalized and exceptional pharmacy services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in prescription preparation, verification, and safe medication dispensing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare providers effectively.
- Ability to manage pharmacy operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and supervise support staff.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and a valid pharmacist license in the state of Arkansas.
