What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at LRM Health Group?
LRM Health Group is a Medicare brokerage on a mission to make one of life's most confusing decisions a whole lot simpler. We work directly with individuals navigating Medicare, helping them find coverage that actually fits their lives. We're growing fast and building the South Bend team the right way — come grow with us.
Salary: $70,000–$140,000 — base salary plus commission. Our Florida team is currently averaging just over $100,000.
Time Off: We take 3–4 weeks completely off per year, built into our seasonal calendar, so you get a real break when you need it most. Vacation time also accrues with tenure.
Licensing reimbursed: All exam and licensing costs reimbursed on your first day.
Paid training: Hands-on training from the team, including live calls, throughout your first month.
You'll be the first voice many of our clients hear. For most of them, talking to you will be one of the most helpful conversations they've had about their healthcare. Your job is to listen, educate, and guide inbound prospects toward the Medicare plan that's genuinely right for them. No outbound dialing. No chasing cold leads. Just warm, ready-to-talk people who came to us.
What You'll Do
• Answer and manage inbound calls and inquiries from Medicare-eligible individuals
• Understand each client's situation and walk them through their Medicare options clearly and honestly
• Complete enrollment applications accurately and in compliance with carrier and CMS guidelines
• Follow up with clients to ensure they are on track with their new plan
• Hit and exceed individual sales targets during Annual and Open Enrollment Periods
What We're Looking For
• A strong work ethic — you show up, follow through, and take ownership
• Eagerness to learn — Medicare is a craft, and we'll teach it to you
• Strong communication skills — you're comfortable on the phone and easy to talk to
• Sales experience preferred, but not required — attitude and coachability matter more
• Must be willing to obtain an Indiana Health & Life insurance license (we'll cover the cost on day one)
Salary : $70,000 - $140,000
