Position: Poured Walls Laborer
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Poured Walls Laborer to join our foundation crew. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is interested in building a career in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, pouring, and removal of concrete foundation wall forms
- Prepare job sites and materials for foundation construction
- Place and assist with concrete pours as directed
- Load, unload, and move forms, tools, and construction materials
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow direction from supervisors and work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Assist with other foundation and construction tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a crew
- Be comfortable performing physically demanding work and working outdoors
- Be willing to learn; previous concrete or construction experience is helpful but not required
- Have experience with or an interest in operating construction equipment
- Take pride in doing quality work safely and efficiently
