Position Summary
LRE & Companies is seeking a highly organized HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist to restructure, clean up, and improve our existing HubSpot database.
Previous hands-on HubSpot experience is required.
This is not a general administrative, marketing, or entry-level data-entry position. The successful candidate must have direct experience working inside HubSpot and be comfortable configuring pipelines, properties, associations, lists, dashboards, imports, and basic workflows.
The primary goal of this project is to build an easy-to-use CRM system for tracking our relationships and active opportunities with:
· Banks and commercial real estate lenders
· Debt funds and credit unions
· Family offices
· Institutional and joint-venture equity partners
· Individual investors
· Mortgage and capital-markets brokers
· Consultants, attorneys, and referral sources
· Active real estate development projects requiring debt or equity

LRE & Companies is a real estate development and investment company focused on hospitality, retail, restaurant, and mixed-use developments throughout Northern California, Nevada, Oregon, and other Western markets.
Our team manages multiple real estate projects and maintains relationships with lenders, investors, brokers, and other capital partners. We currently use HubSpot and AppFolio and want to establish a more organized, consistent, and effective CRM structure.
Key Responsibilities
· Audit our current HubSpot setup.
· Review existing Company, Contact, Deal, and Project records.
· Clean, standardize, and organize existing CRM data.
· Identify and merge duplicate records.
· Create standardized HubSpot properties and dropdown fields.
· Import and map data from Excel and other contact lists.
· Create separate HubSpot pipelines for debt financing, institutional/JV equity, and individual investor fundraising.
· Associate each opportunity with the correct project, company, contacts, and internal team members.
· Create required fields and standardized record-creation processes.
· Configure Company and Contact classifications.
· Build saved views, active lists, filters, and dashboards.
· Set up tasks, follow-up reminders, and basic workflow automations.
· Create reports for capital requirements, outreach, term sheets, commitments, and funded amounts.
· Document naming conventions and CRM data-entry procedures.
· Train team members on how to use HubSpot consistently.
· Provide limited CRM administration support during the rollout.
Required HubSpot Experience
Applicants must have direct experience with several of the following HubSpot functions:

· Duplicate management and data cleanup

Candidates whose experience is limited to entering contacts, sending marketing emails, or using HubSpot only as an end user may not be a fit for this role.
Required Qualifications
· At least one year of hands-on HubSpot experience.
· Experience configuring or administering a HubSpot CRM account.
· Experience creating Deal pipelines, properties, lists, and reports.
· Experience importing and cleaning CRM or spreadsheet data.
· Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and documentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and complete defined project deliverables.
· Ability to handle confidential investor, lender, and business information.
· Clear written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
· HubSpot certification.
· Two or more years of HubSpot administration or implementation experience.
· Experience with HubSpot Professional or Enterprise.
· Experience creating HubSpot workflows and automated tasks.
· Experience with AppFolio Investment Manager.
· Experience with Salesforce, Affinity, DealCloud, Zoho, or another CRM.
· Experience in commercial real estate, lending, banking, private equity, investor relations, or capital raising.
· Experience working with real estate developers, investment firms, lenders, or family offices.
· Experience preparing CRM user guides and training employees.
Commercial real estate experience is helpful but not required. Strong HubSpot implementation experience is more important.
