Overview
LR3 Services is seeking a dependable, motivated Heavy Equipment Pressure Washing Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate owns a reliable pickup truck capable of safely towing a trailer over long distances (half-ton or larger with a V8 preferred). This position requires frequent travel, including multiple overnight stays each week, as we service heavy equipment at construction and industrial job sites throughout Texas, with regular travel into Oklahoma and Louisiana.
This is physically demanding work performed outdoors in all weather conditions. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company that values reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Pressure wash heavy equipment at construction and industrial job sites.
- Safely operate pressure washing equipment and related tools.
- Drive a truck and trailer to customer locations.
- Load, unload, inspect, and maintain pressure washing equipment.
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent LR3 Services in a positive manner.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Travel throughout Texas, with frequent overnight stays and regular travel into Oklahoma and Louisiana.
Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old (required for commercial vehicle insurance).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must own a reliable pickup truck capable of safely towing a trailer over long distances (half-ton or larger with a V8 preferred).
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including multiple overnight stays each week.
- Able to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
- Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and safety conscious.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
- MSHA Part 46 training is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.
