Key Responsibilities
Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, provide menu guidance, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
Order Management: Accurately take guest orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar, and confirm modifications are fulfilled.
Service Delivery: Promptly serve food and beverages, monitor guest satisfaction, and respond to requests in a courteous and timely manner.
Menu Knowledge: Maintain in-depth understanding of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings to confidently answer guest questions and make suggestions.
Table Maintenance: Set, clear, and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
Payment Handling: Present checks, process payments accurately, and follow proper cash handling procedures.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
