Our maintenance staff are key members of our property team who interact with our residents as they carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, as well as ensuring the grounds and common areas of the community are clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in
- Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments
- Completing resident service requests in a timely manner
- Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks
- Conducting move in/move out inspections
- Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts
- Ensuring service shop is clean and organized
- Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas
- Maintaining well-groomed grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and interior common areas. These duties include, but are not limited to, removing litter, pet waste, and snow removal.
- Adhering to established policies related to fair housing
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and the ability to be on-call.
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to lift 50 pounds
