The opportunity

Common Grain Brewing is redesigning its neighborhood taproom around excellent service, clear product education, and accessible community programming.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and schedule a team of twelve.
  • Improve service standards and guest feedback loops.
  • Plan inclusive events with local food and arts partners.

This is an on-site role with a predictable rotating weekend schedule.
