The Marketing Coordinator first masters traditional marketing through collaborative campaigns and storytelling success. Then pioneer progressive strategies that converge digital and grassroot outreach within Commercial Real Estate. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM).
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create flyers, e-mails, and social media posts – tell its unique story.
· Enter new and revised listings into company and third-party websites.
· Create closed and specialty announcements, then shout it from the rooftops!
· Ensure property signage shines and is readily available.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign activities.
· Generate demographic reports and VOID analysis.
· Craft maps and aerials to paint local commercial real estate landscapes.
· Structure tenant and buyer tour books to initiate their site selection adventure.
· Assemble custom thematic maps (population density, income / expenditures, competition, drive-times…).
· Build thought leaders with engaging social content and news breaking information.
· Offer consultancy on listing tenant enhancement opportunities.
· Accurately account for digital deal files.
· Assist with incoming calls and office equipment / supplies / IT, as needed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Introductory knowledge of Adobe Photoshop required.
· Working knowledge of Canva required.
· Desire to grow in Commercial Real Estate Marketing.
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Reliable attendance.
· Reliable transportation.
