About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support a growing real estate team serving military families across the country. This is a fully remote, full-time W2 position reporting directly to the team leader.
You will be the backbone of daily operations — managing communications, supporting lead generation, maintaining CRM records, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- CRM management and data entry (Salesmate)
- Lead generation support and follow-up coordination
- Email and calendar management via Google Workspace
- Client communication support
- Occasional design tasks for physical marketing materials (Canva — basic)
- General administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Available Monday through Friday plus weekends and evenings as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
- Real estate license
- Virtual assistant experience
- CRM experience
- Spanish or German language skills
Compensation and Benefits
- $20/hr starting rate
- Higher rate considered for real estate license, VA experience, or relevant qualifications
- 16 days PTO annually
- W2 employment
