Seeking a Senior Estimator with Industrial/Construction and field-labor estimating experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong field-construction estimating experience — must have estimated labor, equipment, and install hours for industrial field work
- Hands-on understanding of field installation of structural steel, millwright work, mechanical assemblies, rigging, and/or industrial equipment installs.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings
- Experience performing takeoffs for steel, welds, equipment, anchors, demo, and field labor.
- Ability to build full labor models including crew composition, labor rates, man-hours, productivity factors, and schedule impacts.
- Experience with industrial job sites
- Vendor and subcontractor coordination
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
