What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at LPM Kitchen?
LPM Kitchen is a private chef company serving healthy weekly meal delivery to over 50 North Shore households, plus luxury private events. We're hiring a cook to join our production team.
This is high-volume batch production, not line cooking. Each week we execute a 30 item rotating menu on a Thursday–Saturday production schedule — scaled recipes, tight allergen protocols, real accountability for what leaves the kitchen.
You should have: 2 years in a professional kitchen, comfort with scaled recipes, and the ability to run a section of production without hand-holding.
Schedule: Thu/Fri/Sat, 9-7 with the goal of a new hire to be 9-5.
We're small and growing fast, and there's a clear path to lead-cook responsibility for the right person.
