What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Client Service Associate – Wealth Management position at LPL Financial?
Provide top-tier service to clients and advisors as the main point of contact for account needs.
Manage day-to-day operations, including RMDs, ACAT transfers, money movements, and account maintenance.
Support financial planning processes by gathering data, organizing documentation, and preparing client materials.
Maintain accuracy and compliance in CRM and back-office systems; ensure data security and follow firm procedures.
Collaborate closely with advisors, operations, and custodians to resolve client requests and ensure smooth transitions during our move to independence.
Prepare client communication, reports, and meeting materials with attention to detail and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of client service experience in wealth management or financial services.
Strong communication and relationship skills; people-oriented and highly organized.
Working knowledge of RMDs, ACAT transfers, cash movement, and financial planning data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/back-office platforms; able to adapt quickly to new systems.
Understanding of compliance and fiduciary standards.
LPL platform experience a plus, but not required.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
