Compensation And Work Environment
- Base salary of $42,250 plus uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings range from $60,000 to $65,000
- Established sales representatives average approximately $90,000 annually, based on performance
- Eligible to earn up to an additional $5,000 through our Fast Track Bonus program by achieving new hire sales milestones.
- Field-based role with home office and customer-facing work throughout the territory
- Approximately 40% overnight travel required
- Benefits eligibility begins the first of the month following employment
As an Territory Sales Representative at LPi, you will sell digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned book of business. Key Responsibilities
- Sell digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound calls, referrals, and relationship-building
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline in Salesforce to achieve sales goals
- Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing Qualifications
- Successful candidates are comfortable with outbound prospecting and motivated by goals.
- Are comfortable making outbound sales calls and managing a high volume of daily activity
- Builds strong, lasting relationships with community clients (churches, nonprofits, senior centers) to understand their audience and advertising goals.
- Demonstrate resilience and persistence throughout the sales process
- Are self-motivated and able to manage your time and territory independently
- Have a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
