What You'll DoPrepare parts and assemblies through washing, media blasting, priming, and painting.
Mix and apply industrial coatings to meet product specifications and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for color, finish, and coating thickness.
Maintain paint equipment, booths, and chemical inventory.
Work safely while following ISO standards, PPE requirements, and company safety procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to keep projects moving on schedule.
What We're Looking ForIndustrial painting experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to wear a cartridge-style respirator and meet respirator certification requirements.
