Forklift Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently load and unload materials, manage inventory, and ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities. A strong mechanical knowledge and experience with warehouse management systems will be advantageous in this role.

Duties

• Operate sit down forklift to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers with precision and care.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, manage orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure safe operation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to crane operation and other warehouse equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role within a warehouse setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices in the workplace.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed based on operational requirements.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week
