Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, professional Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident on the floor, provides exceptional guest service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for someone who is team-oriented and willing to support both front and back of house as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, beverage, and daily specials
- Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
- Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Support the team by assisting as a barback and food expediter when needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Process payments and manage tabs accurately
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- Willingness to take on a hybrid role, including barback and expediting support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
