LPA Retail Systems is a leading provider of POS software, hardware, and managed services for specialty retailers. We help businesses modernize operations, increase efficiency, and grow revenue.

The Role

This is a growth-focused Account Rep position responsible for managing and expanding existing customer accounts while developing new customer relationships. You will own a portfolio of accounts and be expected to actively grow them while building a pipeline. While $70k/year is the base salary, year one total compensation should total between $90k-$100k. Year two should be closer to $105k-$120k as you gain more accounts and earn more commission.

Responsibilities

Existing Accounts

  • Conduct regular account reviews
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Protect and grow recurring revenue

New Business

  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships
  • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Build proposals and manage deal progression
  • Close new revenue opportunities

Pipeline & Execution

  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline (3× target)
  • Forecast and manage opportunities in CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of B2B technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing accounts and closing new business
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage a pipeline independently
