The Role
This is a growth-focused Account Rep position responsible for managing and expanding existing customer accounts while developing new customer relationships. You will own a portfolio of accounts and be expected to actively grow them while building a pipeline. While $70k/year is the base salary, year one total compensation should total between $90k-$100k. Year two should be closer to $105k-$120k as you gain more accounts and earn more commission.
Responsibilities
Existing Accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Protect and grow recurring revenue
New Business
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships
- Run discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Build proposals and manage deal progression
- Close new revenue opportunities
Pipeline & Execution
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline (3× target)
- Forecast and manage opportunities in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B technology sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing accounts and closing new business
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage a pipeline independently
