Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Hillsboro, TX
LP Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient clinic in Hillsboro, TX. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules available.
Pay: $60,000–$70,000/year, based on experience (PRN/part-time prorated hourly)
Location: Hillsboro, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Responsibilities
- Implement patient treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Texas PTA license (or eligible)
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
