What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at LP Luxury Nail Lounge?
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Social Media Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as they enter the salon.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a warm, friendly, and professional reception experience.
Answer phone calls and schedule client appointments.
Enjoy creating content for personal social media platforms. Be confident speaking in front of the camera or appearing in short videos (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest). Basic personal knowledge is sufficient — we will provide additional training to meet the business requirements.
Take photos of nail designs and upload them to social media. Training will be provided.
Record and edit short videos (under 1 minute) for social media platforms. Additional training will be provided.
Requirements:
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Familiar with and comfortable using major social media platforms.
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance.
Enjoy interacting with people and creating a welcoming, comfortable environment.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and creative.
Compensation:
We are seeking a long-term employee and have substantial incentives to provide if hired.
2 week training : $12/hr
After 2 week training : $15/hour
After 2 months: $16.50/hour and work full time . Pay can increase depending on skill.
Additional incentives and bonuses available—potential to earn up to $18/hour.
Monday : 9:00 - 6 :30 Pm
Tuesday: 9:00 - 6 :30 Pm
Wednesday : off
Thursday: off
Friday : off
Saturday : 11:00 - 6:00 PM
Sunday : 11:00 - 6:00Pm
Total : 33 hr/week
