- Greets and seats guests.
- Confirms reservations in the Resy system.
- Anticipates and accommodates guest needs.
- Supports Front of House and Back of House teams during service as needed.
- Manages wait lists and table turns through the Resy system.
- Maintains the general cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance area.
- Performs side-work as directed.
- Other duties as assigned to support hospitality and operations
- Previous host experience (1 years’) in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
- Knowledge of Resy or similar reservation platform.
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and answer any questions about Cull & Pistol, Lobster Place, and their food and beverage selections.
- Warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy restaurant environment.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Evening & Weekend availability is a must.
- Hourly Rate: $17/hour (plus $10-$15/hour in tips!)

- Tolerance of heat, cold, and loud/noisy environments.
