Position Summary
The Maintenance Journeyman will perform a variety of tasks to install, repair, and maintain all manufacturing equipment and the buildings while maintaining Lozier’s quality and safety standards. The Journeyman will provide direction and guidance to the trainees and apprentices. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn for this position.
Essential Job Functions
Education: Minimum of a two-year technical degree and/or industrial electrical experience is a plus.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of multi-craft experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required.

- 1st shift: $30.54
- 2nd shift: $33.76
- 3rd shift: $33.46
- $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.

Essential Job Functions

- Experience in performing electromechanical repairs, welding, hydraulic troubleshooting and blueprint reading.
- Experience in pneumatics, relay logic and PLC’s.
- Operation of a variety of hand and powered tools including, but not limited to, surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, drill presses, belt sanders, saws, hoists, clamps, and measuring tools is necessary for this position.
- Constant hand usage.
- Frequent standing and reaching.
- Occasional walking, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and elevated reaching.
