As an Event Representative, you'll receive sales training covering AT&T's unlimited plan options, smartphone features, and in-store event coordination, ensuring you're ready to support activations across San Antonio. The Event Representative engages customers at retail sales locations, helping them understand the value of 5G access and device trade-in offers.
Responsibilities of the Event Representative
- Partner with retail staff to run in‑store sales events, phone launches, and high‑traffic weekend promotions for AT&T devices across San Antonio.
- Engage shoppers directly with clear conversations that highlight AT&T phone features, unlimited plans, and device options that spark interest and drive sales.
- Lead hands‑on demos comparing AT&T wireless devices and plans to show how each option improves everyday communication and entertainment.
- Support customers through in‑store sign‑ups for AT&T phones and wireless services, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth handoffs that strengthen sales outcomes.
- Track event sales performance, gather customer insights, and manage promotional materials to sharpen future activations.
- Work with Event Representatives to set event engagement goals and monitor AT&T wireless sales progress across retail locations.
Qualifications of the Event Representative
