Insurance Agency Team Member (Full-Time) – Hurricane, UT
Start Date: April 1, 2026
We’re an independently owned insurance agency opening in Hurricane, Utah, and we’re looking to bring on motivated team members ahead of our official launch on April 1st, 2026.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer phone calls
• Call and follow up with warm leads provided by the agency
• Deliver strong customer service and build client relationships
• Assist with quotes, policy updates, and general support
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
• Must have a clean driving and background record
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn insurance concepts (licensing assistance available)
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive hourly base commission structure, with potential to earn $75,000 depending on performance.
